As a Business Strategy Consultant at RESAB, you will be driving strategic initiatives that help our clients achieve their business goals. Your primary responsibilities will involve developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies, analyzing market trends, and providing insights and recommendations to clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of these strategies, monitor progress, and adapt to changing business landscapes. Effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders are key to this role, and you will be responsible for maintaining transparency in all strategic initiatives.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
- Business Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic plans that align with client objectives, considering market dynamics, competition, and emerging trends.
- Strategic Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring they align with established business goals and strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open and effective communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on strategy progress, risks, and issue resolution.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to meet strategic objectives and deliver high-quality results.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategy, or a related field. Significant hands-on experience in business strategy and management may compensate for the absence of a formal degree.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful business strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
